Organisation images not uploading on hosted Forems.

Describe the bug

When you attempt to create a new organisation, uploaded images aren't saved or displayed.

To Reproduce

Go to settings
Create an organisation
attempt to upload profile images.

Expected behavior

Profile images are saved and displayed inline.

Additional context

This isn't happening with heroku hosted Forems, just Forem hosted ones, it could be trying to upload the images to Cloudinary.

Hey @leewynne, could you show the error message you get when you try to upload an image to an organization? Also, is this happening when you change your user's profile image?

Hi Andy. There was no error message - the image seems to be uploaded but then isn't displayed on the placeholder or the organisation when completed.

Profile images were fine
