I am not able to update reaction or receive notifications from dev.to

Hello, I have an account on dev.to on which i write blog
but from some days I am not able to update reaction or receive notifications from your site and when I am uploading a reaction it says : Error updating reaction : your reaction could not be uploaded due to a server error
