Editor: Automatically create links on paste (if you have a URL copied on your clipboard and some text highlighted)

• Given you have a URL on you clipboard (having copied it from somewhere)
• And you highlight some text in the editor
• Pressing ctrl/cmd + V (paste) results in [the text you had highlighted](the-url-you just pasted)

If you did not have a URL on your clipboard, or you didn't have any text highlighted in the editor, then the text just pastes as it normally would with no intervention.
