When click on "Edit" the version given is a previous one

Just wanted to report a very weird/frustrating bug

I was writing a new piece (now published: https://dev.to/quine/8-repos-used-by-the-top-1-of-react-devs-2758

Every time I save it, I reload it > the text correctly shows the changes I had added.
However, after 10 minutes, I clicked on edit again, and the version I was editing was now the one from, say, 30 min ago.

I attached some screenshots of the editing section showing something very different than what was on the "preview" screen.
This is without touching anything.

Just flagging this as I thought it was me making a mistake, but it is now the second or third time it happened.

I am on the last M2 chip MAC with MAC OS Sonoma 14.2.1
