Can't Remove public pinned repositories from my profile

Describe the bug

When logged into my GitHub account I am unable to remove my pinned repositories

To Reproduce

1. Go to public profile page
2. Click on customize your pins
3. Unselect pinned repos
4. See that the save pin button is still disabled

Expected behavior

The save pin button should be enabled after unselecting the repo.
