(Finchley版本)的熔断监控为什么没有ribbon 和feign的？ #23

书上都是配置的ribbon 和feign 熔断监控，为什么我看示例(Finchley版本)里是只是服务client的实例，为何配置配置的ribbon 和feign下的熔断监控和Trubine 配置查找了相关资料，不知道怎么搞？
