This repository contains FORGE Service Design Toolkit, a set of instructions and templates for carrying out service design activities in the context of FORGE Service Lab.
The process & instructions for using the toolkit are described in file FORGE_ServiceDesignToolkit_20141219.pdf whereas the folder Templates contain various document and poster templates needed in the practical design work.
