Sometimes, the bot creates the same comment several times:

1. self-assign with /assign
2. self-unassign with /unassign

Expected behavior

@jobenjada I'm wondering if this has happened on prod too? I'm thinking it has to do with smee.io not working reliable, maybe we could switch it out and use another payload delivery service? probot/smee.io#146

Hey @jobenjada I missed the notification. I tried to recreate the issue. Everything is working fine but also I noted that sometimes the same comments can repeat.

One thing I may think is that the organization owner can only modify the GitHub Apps installed
