[BUG] Wizard not hiding navigation when breadcrumb: none

  • Local deployment
    • Version: 4.0.0
• Formio.js version: 4.7.4 (tried 4.6.4 and 4.7.3 also)
• Frontend framework: VueJS
• Browser: Chrome
• Browser version: 78.0.3904.87

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a form using wizard
2. Add multiple panels
3. In settings for first panel, set Breadcrumb Type to Hidden
4. View form and see navigation breadcrumb

Expected behavior

To not see step breadcrumb.

Observed behavior

See breadcrumb.
