Describe the bug

A few observations from setting up a new formkit app with Nuxt:

1. there's an opportunity to make setup simpler if you've already clicked the choices in the docs - maybe via command-line flags to 'pre-select' the choices you've made?
2. despite the prompt to choose a package manager, the install command is not run
3. some packages are missing from the dependencies: @formkit/core and @formkit/vue - without shamefully-hoisting deps, these will be untyped for users
