Trouble with links in carousel on Android #279

We're having an issue with tapping on links that are items in a carousel when using Android (Galaxy S10). Sometimes the links work, but it usually takes multiple attempts. It seems like possibly the swiping gesture is interfering with the tap. If I disable the carousel the links work fine. Anybody run into this? Thanks.

Do you have an example we can view? Codepen, etc..
