The primary repo URLs in 2.3 are being updated to:

And are being powered by bunny.net's CDN services. This should increase download speeds in non-UK countries, and in general improve reliability.

To try out these URLs ahead of time, you can edit the .get/repos.json file to point to the above URLs instead of the current values.
