In this step user will be able to add information about legal restrictions related to Internet and WiFi in his country.

I think we have three ways

1. We create our own CommonsNet Internet legal restrictions' database firstly starting from bigger, most 'important' countries and let user simply choose his country from select list and all data will be provided automatically from our database or
2. We add input field in legal restrictions section in wizard form and let user to type on his own if his country has legal restrictions.
3. We join two above ways

I have decided to join both of these ways and selected point 3. It has been already done.
