Remove click delay for Android Smartphone/Tablet

When I open Flappy SVG on an Android tablet in the browser, I get a 300ms delay from click to flap. This delay should be removed.

This is a research question so it is hard to estimate the time to invest to solve it. Could be, that it cannot be solved. It is important to share the knowledge about this here.
