Create a non-pathified SVG of the Jugaad logo

Please create an SVG with the following specifications of the colorful logo of Jugaadfest:

• non-pathified SVG (text as text)
• components are real text/vector
• Don't embed a jpg or png.
• Subsitute the gray colors with another suitable color (not black or white)

@ggabogarcia Thank you. I wonder if it would be possible to get the components of the design as actual text.

The reason is:

• The kerning does not seem to be consistent
• The font has some issues, e.g. when you look at the "a" the space inside is too small to be easily readable

Any chance to add the which and gray surrounding as well?
