Make all areas translatable

Make all areas translatable. Checking the page throughout the system shows that many areas are not translated. Please ensure Weblate syncs the areas that are not translated and enable translators to localize the system. If Weblate shows up 100% translated, but areas are not really translated something is wrong. Compare https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/open-event/frontend/de/

• Wizard step 1: All items in dropdown categories
• Wizard step 1: Stripe accepts.., Yes, accept payment as Purchase on invoice.
• Ticket pages: "-for-", "After 15 minutes..."
• Scheduler page: Date, day, 1 day, week
• Video page: Info text, i-helper text
• Documents: Documents, Enable/Disable.., Document Name
• Chat: Chat is currently... enabled/disabled
• View Session as speaker: Confirmed, Timing, Comment, Speakers Invited
• Edit Speakers session: Short Biography, Photo (and all kinds of speaker fields)
• Session edit fields: Title, Track, Short Abstract etc. - all fields
• Account pages: Language Preference, Delete, Save
• Billing Page: Table headers - invoice etc.
• Dashboard: Team area - Roles are not translated e.g. Organizer
