BigBlueButton Recordings do not show up for Some Owners or Organizers and Public has Access to External Videos

We have some access issues for video recordings.

1. Some organizers or owners are not able to see the recorded videos of their events in the listing on the video table or edit page listed.

The below recordings are not available for owners or organizers of many events. They do not show up at all.

2. When the organizers copies the link of the video non-registered users are able to access this video. Expected would be that only owners/organizers can access the recorded video of BBB.

The link in the table available to organizers can be shared and people can access the below video. Expected: Only organizers should be able to access it.

@mariobehling , I am not able to reproduce 1st point, can you please provide more information
