Moving Smarty to the last version #59

Hi,

We loved the project so we have forked it and we've moved smarty to v4.2.1

So we've find that {php} tag is deprecated and fixed that when posting a job

How about the actual fossjobs project, is there a chance to view the new changes ?

Like the admin template that looks changed when typing the url

Just waiting to contribute with a regular fork

Please submit pull requests instead of issues for any changes you want to make to the fossjobs codebase.
