Rework archive of backups

What should be added?
The archive plugins need to be integrated into CSI and we need to add capabilities to mount a snapshot allowing for simple archive into the cloud

Why is it needed?
Need to implement mount/unmount capabilities to mount snapshot pvc on the storage service either directly or spawn new container which then will mount fs and run archive.

Archive plugin needs to be tested and re-worked to work with csi as well as backup contents stored in fossul. In fact we need to expand that to also contain archives so we know what we backed up and where.
