…ehind useless non obvious twisty

My previous change tried to move the hand break handle from being hidden in the glove compartment and put it where you need it.
HOWEVER I also pulled the manual out of the glove compartment and left it on the passenger seat.
So I put the manual (help text and links) back in the glove compartment (behind twisty)
