That is the headline of the original report. But the documentation is there.
It was hidden behind a twisty. The twisty was probably added in a good faith that it would help the poor users
But it has had the opposite effect. It has been hiding the important settings from the users.
People do not click twisties. They do not even notice the twisties.
I have seen two of my users create subwebs while I looked at them and both did not notice the twisty and
just ignorred the settings. And I can see that all new webs all get the same default web colour.
And now we have bug reports in Tasks webs for the same thing. And we have seen people on IRC asking.
So the twisty hiding has to go. If someone has a better way go ahead in a future 1.2 or 2.0 release
but please test the solution on some users first.
