Continuous token movement on gridless scenes sometimes stutters

Short Description of bug: Token movement yoyos on gridless scenes.

Simple steps to reproduce the bug:
Create a gridless scene. Place a token. Select it. Hold down the left or right arrow keys. Watch it rubberband.

When triaging this I did notice the occasional stutter in movement on a gridless scene but it wasn't as bad in this video. I was running locally, so it's possible that with additional network latency the problem is exacerbated.
