I found a bug that makes my scenes vanish off the navigation bar and can't get them back.
-I click Create Scene
-I name the scene
-I click create new scene
-I go to background image
-I Select a background image file
-I click save changes
-After that I open up the scene in navigation
-I then go to configure scene
-Click on the Grid tab
-Click the grid configuration tool
-I use alt+scroll and shift+scroll to adjust the grid
-I save changes once the grid lines up correctly
-I hit Yes to the pop up
-Save changes again
-I then click to a different scene
-The scene I just made now vanishes from the navigation bar at the top left plus the "show in navigation" box gets automatically unchecked
-I go the the scenes menu and click on the scene to open configure scene
-I then click the "show in navigation" box to check it off
-I click save changes
-The scene still doesn't show up in navigation
-I then open the scene configuration again and the "show in navigation" is unchecked again

No matter how many times I check the "show in navigation" box and hit save it doesn't save that I checked it
Basically adjusting the grid and saving it causes the "show in navigation" box to automatically uncheck then it won't save when I check it again
This may not be what's causing it but from what it seems like to me it only happens after adjusting then saving the grid
-Side note, this is on a fresh install with 0 modules downloaded

When i reproduced it i saw no errors in console.

Fwiw, F5 fixes the issue, so it seems something temporarily breaks when you open GCT and make a change, for instance changing the grid size.

Changing grid size on the scene configuration tab doesn't generate the same issue, so it somehow is linked to opening GCT and making a change there.
