The blindness vision mode isn't applied properly by the blinded status effect #8398

What happened?

Blinded token with the Tremorsense vision mode:

What ways of accessing Foundry can you encounter this issue in?

  • Native App (Electron)
  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Safari
  • Other

Reproduction Steps

  1. Create token with X units of vision with the Tremorsense vision mode.
  2. Blind the token.

The vision is still rendered as if Tremorsense was the active vision mode.

  1. Reload.

The vision is now rendered as if Blindness was the active vision mode.

  1. Un-blind the token.

The vision is still rendered as if Blindness was the active vision mode.

What core version are you reporting this for?

Version 10 Testing 4 (build 288)

I noticed that even after the reload in step (3) the vision mode doesn't render correctly. The correct shader is applied, but the defaults/uniforms defined by the blindness vision mode seem to have no effect. For example, blindness is supposed to be desaturated but isn't unless the vision mode without blindness is.
