User Experience

WebP thumbnails are currently generated and stored in the World's folder which often leads to scene thumbnails being lost in modules that include scenes. Storing the thumbnail in the same location as the image of the scene should ensure that modules continue to include their thumbnails without additional intervention by the creator.
