ALL MODULES DISABLED? false, but bug relates to module management
OS, Hosting, Browser (if applicable): Win11, Electron
Short Description of bug: Uninstalling a dependency locks dependent module to active
Simple steps to reproduce the bug: Enable a module and its dependency. Uninstall module dependency without uninstalling the dependent module. View Manage Modules to see that the dependent module is still enabled, and cannot be disabled.
