Short Description of bug: If Ambient Global Volume Control is muted when you open a world or refresh, the audio of video maps used as the Background Image for a scene will remain muted. To fix it you must unmute the Global Ambient Audio and then refresh.
Simple steps to reproduce the bug: Mute the Ambient Global Audio, hit F5, unmute the Ambient Global Audio while on a Scene that uses a video file for a Background Image, marvel at how it remains silent, hit F5 again, audio now works.
