Sort Systems alphabetically by title in the Create World interface

Currently systems are listed in the drop-down selector in alphabetical order by id, but not all systems have sensible names for the ID.

It would be nicer if they were sorted by sytem title, so if you have a lot of systems installed it's easier to find the one you want:

Unfortunately not. I checked it in Version 11 Build 293 before I made the ticket, just in case...
