Short Description of bug: When a search term is entered into the Install Module dialog the scroll height for the module list is not calculated correctly
Simple steps to reproduce the bug:

• From Setup open the Install Module dialog
• Enter a filter in the Package Name box
• Note that the scrollbar is always a fixed size of just over one page, regardless of the number of search results

The package list does appear to be correctly filtered - inspecting the DOM shows many more results than the scrollbar allows viewing, and the unfiltered list has correct scrollbar height.
