Seems like leaving the page stops the timeout #2

When playing with the demo, if I get focus on another window in the other monitor, the timeout are never triggered.

Need to research that but if someone have an idea, PR it please.

EDIT: Only happens something. There are toasts that never leaves and toasts that are stuck on the view.
