Hello!

In my time pondering new features for FoxRank I'd like to implement some similar features or maybe merge the two plugins. They seem to fit the bill, but I'd like to make a version that doesn't depend on a plugin you don't want. It is entirely possible and likely that that will be the case. FoxRank will become my player management plugin (Ranks, ban/mutes, anti-cheat etc.)

What does that mean for the future of FoxBan V2?

Well, the answer is nothing, probably. If you'd like to switch to a different permission manager, do it. I will add support for default Spigot permissions. If you like the existing system, then you can swap to FoxRank (You'll already be using it, so there's no real difference.)

What if I don't want all of the features of FoxRank?

FoxRank will be entirely configurable. If you do not want the anti-cheat, disable it in the config.yml. No feature is required. Players will still have internal ranks, but they won't be visible to the players. You can disable ranks cosmetically.
