Content of the data that are published

When publishing on mastodon for example, the data from twitter has to be reworked:

today the content that is published is "tweet from xxx + url twitter", but has to become: "the complet content of the tweet + url of the tweet"

• now images are well posted
• the content of the data is cleaned (drop the twitter url in the content) to just keep the text.
• the url of the tweet is added to the content at the last moment.

all of this concern twitter but can be improved for each other service.
