nodes with both collapse and link cause problems

A node with both a collapse/expand button, and a link currently seems to have the following behavior: when you click the collapse/expand button, the tree is redrawn, and afterwards the link is followed. Correct behavior (according to me) should be that the collapse button allows no click-through to the link. When you click next to the collapse button, the link is followed
