I searched a little bit arround and found this:
https://web.archive.org/web/20210506222114/https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/cjb/mmc-utils.git/
and I found this:
https://kernel.googlesource.com/pub/scm/utils/mmc/mmc-utils/
If you search for example in web.archive:
mmc_cmds.c: fix build with gcc 4.9
you will also find this on the googlesource.

I do not know if it helps to build a kernal for this points but I put it here.

Goggles V2 run on 4.9.130-rt125-gd0ff6e0ec4f2 #3 SMP PREEMPT.

I've already tried taking 4.9.130 mainline and applying the rtlinux batches to get to the same cmdline, but it resulted in crashes when attempting to load modules.

If you're able to identify where Google's version of 4.9.130 is (if it indeed is a separate source tree) then that could be helpful.

It's of course also possible I just misconfigured the kernel while attempting to build modules as described above.
