Case:
Login
Create "Mail Merge into DocuSign" solution
Do not configure (Don't press "Prepare Mail Merge" button) (MailMergeIntoDocuSign.PNG)
Go to plans page
Edit last solution plan (editLastSolutionPlan.PNG)
Result:
User sees empty configuration screen in dev
