The standard eMail MUA changed from Wheezy to Jessie and unfortunately now option -A is used instead of -a to append the log file to the eMail.
Introduce an option in raspiBackup.conf which allows to define the option used to append the log file, e.g. APPEND_LOG_OPTION

There is a beta available which includes a fix for this issue. Feel free to grab the beta and verify the fix.
