The partial tokens implementation means that you'd better have some tokens in your pocket or you're kinda unable to use coinop services. ATM solves that problem, so we should probably get that working soon.

so the only part that isn’t working is the sync between the avatar elko record’s bankBalance and the bank_account_balance on the client

looks like that gets sent down with a Region, but thus far i’m stumped on how we’d be able to grab that context from the user requesting the region

With my latest checkin, the ATM is now fully functional. This change will require restarting the Bridge.
Thanks to Steve for biting off a fairly complex class!
