Annocript to Bioconda

Hi,
Any plans to add Annocript to Bioconda?

Dear Michal, I don't know exactly how works bioconda but I guess it is similar to Docker or uses docker. The use of Docker is not straightforward when the subject tool uses a database. And I do not have funds to invest for this task. Anyway we plan to improve the usage of annocript by substitution of tools that need installation. Cheers, Francesco

Hi Francesco,
Bioconda does not require docker. Bioconda packages get stored e.g. in the users home directory.

Here you can see how trinotate package looks like.
