You're still using the old version. How are you choosing your icon theme? It should be "Evolvere Icons 2" on your theming tool

Oh, yeah, it was old too, from userspace folder.
And... they looks a lot different now... imho a lot worse

For now, override the folders icons on places/64 by the blue ones you desire (do not override the entire directory). The original plan is creating a script to make colored folders on demand, just like you can do on small icons

I never tried it but you can try to override the old index.theme file with the new one.
