After commit 104ec4c VOD streams like HLS and RTMP with fixed duration can't be seeked (allowRandomSeek=false). That's true on OSMF flash model, but on iPad I've got problems too (using projekktor interface, not the native one)

iPad problems are caused by to small scrub bar.
