Cannot add the item desc for the transactions

Description

Cannot add the item desc for the transactions. Like for EG: If I create any SO/invoice for the customer I cannot add any Desc to the items, its very frustrating each time to add new item unnecessarily.

Also I cannot navigate to the items page as i click on selected items, this is even more frustrating to each time you have to leave the transaction and manually navigate to the item list and then find the specific item.
