An order from a new international customer is not getting synced #295

Hi Team,
We are facing an issue when the order is placed for a new international address, so in this case, my order is not getting synced with my Erpnext and showing the attached message in the e-commerce log.

Hi,

I am not sure about the solution but something that comes in mind to me is the "taxes" field? under shopify settings there are taxes fields, maybe if that field is not defined for the particular country, it creates issues and not syncing orders?

also ensure it exists on shopify site as well

Thanks for replying, we have checked and the taxes are already assigned to the country, below attached are the screenshot for the same.
