Shortcuts for Mac not documented

#7529 introduced the support for shortcuts on a windows computer. This does not seem to be implemented yet for Mac (Linux ?!) users. Also the documentation only explains how Windows users can use shortcuts.

I found shortcuts on https://shortcutbuzz.com/erpnext-keyboard-shortcut-keys-list-of-easy-shortcuts/
This doesn't seem to be documented in the official documentation though!?

The keyboard shortcuts under the Help menu appear to be implemented for Mac (although it states "Press Alt Key to trigger additional shortcuts in Menu and Sidebar" which seems to stem from the old implementation from Windows?)
