Scheduled emails failed sending with unexpected response

ERPnext is configured to automatically send emails with invoices attached to customers when a sales invoice is submitted. The setting works well with version 13 but failing to send emails after updated to version 14.

I have to manually click 'send now' button to get it work. An error message popped with the email.
