[Report Builder] Remove Repetitive Cells When Selecting Parent + Child Tables

Currently, in v11, on creating a report via report builder, when selecting both, a parent and a child table, the report generated repeats the parent data for child rows as well:

Note: Grand Total, Customer, ID, etc. repeat for Sales Order 0004.

This is the report format in v10:

The report format in v10 makes it easier to read the reports. Also, it helps when one is using the report builder to take sum of grand/net totals using the "Show Totals" functionality. As per the current design, the total will be calculated as per each row total instead of once per ID.
