[V12 Web Form] Child Table Row Delete Issue

Issue - Delete button at Child Table not working correctly.

• When click on arrow icon to open Child Row, Delete button at "Editing Row" not working.
  
• Checkbox to delete multiple rows of child table not working correctly. It deletes only one row even-if we select multiple checkbox to delete multiple rows.

Even I'm facing the same issue in V13 too.

Are you able to add new row in child table from webform? because I am facing an issue while adding a row itself in frappe version 13.0.2
