Currently the system only allows Report Manager to be able to export reports which gives access to export all reports.
There should be a way to explicitly define roles (better than users) which are able to export certain reports.
So like a sales users can have the right to export reports based on Sales Orders only.
To make the scenario more complex, we could define which reports to be given rights for export which are based on sales orders. So for example if there are 2 reports based on Sales Orders
Pending Orders
Sales Order Received History (history of all SOs received)
then we could have the ability to define that only Pending Orders can be exported by Sales Users and Sales Orders History can only be exported by Sales Manager.

@adityaduggal This is already there.
As per screenshot, Accounts Manager would be able to export any report based on "GL Entry" DocType. Report Manager's task is to be able to create reports :) and export certain reports like "Financial Analytics".
