Feature Request: File attach using web link - option to enter file name

We've an option to use web links in "Upload Attachment" modal window, but there is no option to enter the file name, so when we upload lot of links, locating the file is not easy (in corresponding document and also in File Manager) because of unreadable links.

I request you to add an option to enter file name along with web link, and also list the used file names in document left side bar (in "Attachments" section) and "File Manager" like follows
