Problem

When you make changes to a DocType, there is no way to see you changes instantaneously. You either have to open 2 browers windows next to each other or click switch between customize DocType and view DocType to check the changes.

Solution

  • You can toggle Preview, if wanted. It is not set by default.
  • The Preview will update automatically.
    This is very bad prototype, but it visualizes the idea:
