is this possible to add "Add Local Holidays" for Myanmar.

It uses this library https://pypi.org/project/holidays/ to populate holidays and Myanmar is not there in the supported countries list.

There is an issue open: vacanza/python-holidays#1228
They also accept contributions if you want to do so: https://github.com/vacanza/python-holidays/pulls?q=is%3Apr+is%3Aopen+sort%3Aupdated-desc
